Spring 2010 Travel Registration
Travel League (BAYS) is for boys and girls born between August 1, 1991 and July 31, 2001 (entered grades 3 - 12 in September 2009). Travel teams compete against teams from surrounding towns affiliated with the Boston Area Youth Soccer organization. U14 and younger teams play on 10 consecutive Saturdays starting April 10, 2010. U16 and U18 teams play on 8 consecutive Sundays starting April 25, 2010.
Youth Development League (YDL) is for boys and girls born between August 1, 2000 and August 31, 2004 (entered grades K - 3 in September 2009). The YDL is a non-travel league focused on fun and skills development. The YDL plays all games in town on Sundays.

Travel Registration Guidelines
- Each player must register to play.
- If your child entered the 3rd grade in the fall of 2009 you have the option of choosing the Youth Development League or the Travel League. Please be sure to enroll in the desired program.
- First time U14 and younger Travel players must purchase a uniform shirt, shorts and socks. For continuing Travel players a new shirt, shorts or socks are only required if necessary to replace outgrown, lost or worn equipment. U14 and younger Travel uniforms are high quality and typically last 2-3 seasons.
- U16 and U18 Travel players are provided with a shirt (t-shirt), shorts and socks as part of the registration fee.
- Purchase of a sweatshirt is optional.
- Coach / Team requests should be provided at time of registration even if player was on a team the previous season. No guarantees are made that requests will be fulfilled.
- On-line liability waiver MUST be acknowledged by a parent or legal guardian at time of registration.
- Person / Doctor to notify in emergency MUST include telephone number.
- Travel registration fee [$125] covers administration costs, field usage charges by town Parks & Recreation program, 10 games per season, skills clinics, referee costs, team and field equipment, insurance coverage and registration with MYSA.
- U14 and younger Travel registrations must submitted on-line by January 9, 2010. Registrations received after that date will be placed on Wait List (no guarantee of team placement). LATE FEE OF $50 APPLIES AFTER January 9.
- U16 and U18 Travel registrations must submitted on-line by March 15, 2010. Registrations received after that date will be placed on Wait List (no guarantee of team placement). LATE FEE OF $50 APPLIES AFTER March 15.
- Refund policy: Refunds will be issued only if player moves out of town or is injured prior to the start of the season. No refunds can be made after the start of the season. Refund requests must be submitted to Registrar in writing. Any refund is subject to an administration fee.
On-Line Registration
Milton Travel Soccer has partnered with AdminSports, Inc. for on-line registration services. Registration is via AdminSport's secure web site accessed via the link below. The registration process requires a one-time set up of a family profile followed by input of player registration details. Payment may be made by credit card or check. A registration confirmation / receipt will be e-mailed upon completion of the registration process.
