Travel (BAYS) Forms for U14 and Younger Players
REGISTRATION FEE: $100
Registration form MUST be postmarked NO LATER than DECEMBER 10, 2007. LATE FEE OF $50 APPLIES AFTER DECEMBER 10. Registrations received after December 10 will be placed on Wait List (NO GUARANTEE OF TEAM PLACEMENT).
Forms received after December 10 will be returned and will have to be resubmitted with $50 late fee. All late registrants will be placed on a wait list even if you did not receive an application in the mail.

Travel (BAYS) Forms for U16, U18 and U19 Players
REGISTRATION FEE: $100
Spring 2008 U16/U18/U19 Travel Form
Registration form MUST be postmarked NO LATER than MARCH 15, 2008. LATE FEE OF $50 APPLIES AFTER MARCH 15. Registrations received after March 15 will be placed on Wait List (NO GUARANTEE OF TEAM PLACEMENT).
