Soccer Skills Clinics
Because even the best soccer player can benefit from professional instruction, Milton Travel Soccer provides professionally-run, age-appropriate skills clinics to all players. The clinics provide an opportunity to learn new skills and to receive individual instruction from trained, experienced instructors. In addition, players learn drills and exercises that can be practiced at home or during regular practices. They're also a lot of fun!
The clinics normally are held weekly during the fall and spring travel seasons (BAYS). We also offer a pre-season clinic in March to help players sharpen their skills for the spring season. Current travel players should look for e-mails or mailings with details prior to the fall and spring seasons. Pre-season and in-season clinics are provided free of charge to all registered Milton Travel Soccer players in grades 3 through 8.
Milton Travel Soccer is currently partnered with Paul Turner's Ultimate Soccer Academy for clinic coaching and staffing.

Indoor Soccer Pickup Games for all U12 and Younger Travel Players (Grades 3 through 6) Extended through March 7
Sunday afternoon indoor soccer pickup games for all registered U12 and younger (grades 3 through 6) travel players have been extended through Sunday, March 7. At the Pierce Middle School Gym (enter through the back).

Fee: None - must be registered for Spring 2010 Travel Soccer
Bring shin guards, sneakers or indoor soccer shoes and a water bottle.
Games will be supervised but casual, which means there will be no uniforms, no 'teams', and no ranking. It's 'futsal' style of play, which means that we use a smaller ball. There is no offside rule, throw-ins, or corner kicks, which makes for a fast and fun game. Teams will be mixed by age and gender, and will differ from week to week. Parents can drop off for this, but should leave a cell phone number with their child.
This is a great opportunity for our players to stay in soccer shape, right here in Milton, in a fun, low-pressure way. No preregistration is necessary. However, it must be stressed, players who come to Pierce must play. No hanging out, coming to 'just watch' or running around the school will be allowed!

Registration begins 30 minutes prior to start times on January 17. For example, if you are interested in the 1st grade boys clinic, registration begins at the Cunningham gym at 12:30pm. Bring a completed registration form and a check made out to Milton Travel Soccer. Everyone must have a parent signature to play.
Bring soccer ball, shin guards (if you have them) and sneakers (no cleats). Space may be limited. Registrations accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
